Mail-In/Call-In Orders
Orders marked as mail-in or call-in will be shipped after payment has cleared. You may track your order through your account on this site. Email confirmations are sent out when the status of your order changes.

2. Refunds -
Refunds shall be given for all items returned in good condition and in original packing within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund amount will be the price of the item(s) returned minus shipping costs that were incurred by shipping the item(s) to you.
3. Shipping - If ordering 3 or more TheraCanes at a time, UPS will be used as the shipping method, otherwise it will be USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to inquire about shipping fees for multiple items, please call 1-800-587-1203 or email questions to orders@theracane.net. The shipping included advertised in this site applies to orders shipped within the United States lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are an additional $2.00. All other countries will be subject to an additional $14.00 shipping charge for one item. Shipments outside the United States will take 10-14 days do to more stringent customs inspections. If ordering more than one item to be shipped internationally, the shipping rate will be increased to compensate for additional weight and postal charges. PLEASE NOTE - by placing an order with multiple items to be shipped internationally, you have agreed to accept the additional postage charges.
3. Sales Tax - Orders shipped to the state of Missouri will be subject to a 5.6% State Sales Tax.
